HOW IT WORKS
We offer a fast, secure, and convenient way to sell your pre-loved luxury items.
You can simply fill out our form online from the comfort of your home, providing the item model, size, and clear photos. Alternatively, you’re welcome to bring your items to our store. Please make sure to bring all the accessories related to the item, so our Buyer Department can evaluate your goods in person and offer you the most suitable selling option.
Once we receive your form, our Buyer Department will assess the item and provide a valuation within 14 working days. After receiving our offer, you’ll have 21 days to decide whether to proceed with the sale.
PLEASE NOTE
Before sending any items for authentication, please review our accepted brand list and minimum product condition requirements. Some brands may not be eligible, and we have strict standards regarding condition. Items with serious damage (e.g., peeling leather, staining, or compromised authenticity tags) cannot be accepted. Therefore, we may not be able to offer a quote for every item submitted, but we will always do our best to provide the best price possible within our capability.
If you’re selling an item previously purchased from LUV LUX LONDON in London, New York, or Singapore (store or website), please refer to our Lifetime Recycling Programme.
