RETURN POLICY

This policy applies to all items purchased directly from LUV LUX LONDON store or through our official website.

 ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return within 28 days of the purchase date. All returned merchandise must remain in its original state, complete with tags, security seals, packaging, accessories and proof of purchase.

• • Online Purchases: Kindly return your item, in its original packaging, to the address specified on our website.
  • In-Store Purchases: Please present the item, original payment card, a valid form of identification and your receipt at the store of purchase.

REFUNDS

• • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Gift Voucher Payments: Should you have paid by gift voucher, you will receive a new voucher, valid for over 1,000 years, redeemable in-store or online.
  • Card Payments: Please present the original card used at the time of purchase.

CONDITIONS

LUV LUX LONDON reserves the right to refuse or issue a partial refund if an item is returned without all original components or not in the condition in which it was sold. In-store purchases may only be returned at the store of purchase; we do not accept postal returns for in-store transactions. Online purchases may be returned at any LUV LUX LONDON store. Cross-border returns or exchanges are not permitted: merchandise acquired in London may not be returned in New York or Singapore, and vice versa.
