WHY WE CREATED THIS PROGRAMME

Over the years, we’ve listened to feedback from our valued clients. Many customers find themselves wanting to refresh their collection around two years after purchasing a piece — seeking something new, while still owning a bag that has retained both beauty and value. To support this natural cycle of luxury ownership, we introduced the Lifetime Recycling Programme. It allows your beloved designer pieces to find new homes while helping you invest in your next treasure.

ELIGIBILITY

We are proud to offer a lifetime recycling policy on all items purchased from LUV LUX LONDON — whether bought in-store or online, in London, New York, or Singapore. As long as the product was originally acquired through us, it qualifies for our buy-back initiative, regardless of when or where it was purchased.

ASSESSMENT PROCESS

To participate, simply bring your item to any LUV LUX LONDON store for a complimentary evaluation. There is no requirement for the item to be in its original condition — our Buyer Department will assess it carefully based on overall wear and resale potential. A buy-back offer will then be made, typically between 60% and 90% of the original sale price.

REMUNERATION OPTIONS

You may choose to receive your recycling value either as direct payment or as a gift voucher, which can be redeemed both online and in-store. For your convenience, the original purchaser does not need to be present; as long as the item’s product code can be provided for verification, the recycling process can proceed smoothly.

SPECIAL ASSURANCE

In appreciation of your loyalty and trust, we make every effort to offer buy-back values that are more competitive than the general second-hand market. Any gift voucher issued under this programme carries no expiry — valid for over 1,000 years — and can be used at any of our stores or via our official website.
